Every new XL customer is eligible for a one-hour web-based Deployment Audit. We recommend scheduling this after running with XL for at least two weeks. Professional Services

Professional Services are reserved blocks of phone and/or development time with a Vorne engineer or improvement specialist who can provide customized training and step-by-step assistance in configuring XL for your application. Remote desktop services are available to enable guided optimizations of XL settings and configuration. $295 per 2-Hour Block

Training Classes

Vorne offers training classes in our main office, which is located minutes from Chicago O’Hare airport. Three different classes are offered – each optimized for a different goal. All classes are in a hands-on workshop environment with live programming of XL devices.

XL Accelerated Quick Start (1-Day Class)

For new users of XL that are interested in accelerating their startup through hands-on training from XL experts. By the end of this session you will understand how the XL system functions, how to connect it to your process, and how to configure it for your application. $495 per Attendee

Identify how to physically connect XL to your manufacturing process with a hardware connectivity demonstration.
Review standard configuration templates (including built-in messages and programs) and their role as a starting point for most applications.
Learn how to configure time schedules that define when production should be running and that trigger other time-based events (shift resets, cleanup messages, etc.).
Setup downtime reason codes for accurately capturing losses and generate reason code barcodes.
Configure rules for calculating OEE, including setting thresholds for Slow Cycles, Small Stops, and Full Stops.
Use the web page interface to track production, identify your losses, and create a real time performance dashboard for the entire plant.

XL Expert Seminar (2-Day Class)

For XL users that would like to harness the full depth and power of XL through advanced training and coaching from Vorne. By the end of this session you will be equipped to be an XL Configuration Expert for your team. $1,195 per Attendee
